At the moment, we are offering our services as follows:

> Customer drop off / pick up with appointment, only;


> Togidai collection / delivery, domestic or business in Central London and most surrounding postcodes* for a minimum of 10 knives:  - Tuesday and Friday: £7 per travel

- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: £10 per travel


> Postal service.

If you are posting your knives to us, you must fill our Services Form and email it to contact@togidai.com before dispatching them.

You can also print, fill and send it together with your knives.

We recommend using 'Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm' as your shipping option.

The guidelines for kitchen knives and some sharp blades' shipping was taken from the Royal Mail's website, and they can be found in the link below:

"Sharp objects (including knives, kitchen utensils and gardening tools)

  • International & UK - Allowed in the mail, see packaging guidelines below:





    • Sharp objects like knives*, kitchen utensils and gardening tools may only be posted if they are packaged appropriately so that they are no risk to employees, other postal items or recipients.

      *Excludes knives that are banned under UK laws - see Weapons 


    • Wrap heavy cardboard around sharp edges and points, strong enough to ensure that the contents do not pierce the outer packaging. Wrap each item with cushioning material. Place in a suitable outer container such as a padded envelope.


    • The sender's name and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging."
